RAM DISK is a function that replaces the specified range of buffer memory with the RAM of the Programmer itself.
The range is set in the RAM DISK Area of Parameter Table 1 of SWX600.(MENU Page6 for stand-alone operation).
The actual buffer memory is a file on the SD card (BUF.SYS in the SYSTEM folder in the YIM folder),
and this file is rewritten when the object file is loaded.
If the difference data is loaded frequently, such as when programming individual data such as a serial number,
the SD card will be rewritten each time, which will affect the life of the SD card (number of rewrite times).
For the area set in the RAM DISK Area in the buffer memory, the buffer memory is replaced with the RAM
of the Programmer itself, so when object data is loaded at that address, the SD card will not be rewritten.
