With the renewal of our support website in May 2025, procedures such as product registration and license issuance are now carried out from your own "My Page."
On "My Page," you can check the list of registered products, maintenance subscription status, and maintenance period, as well as receive the latest versions of installation kits, so please use it.
Please note that you will need to register as a user to use "My Page." Please follow the steps below to register as a user.
1. Click "User Registration" on the top right of the support top page.
2. On the "New User Registration" screen, enter your email address, the product model number and serial number of the product you purchased, and click "Confirm."
3. On the "Confirm Input Information" screen, check your registration information and click "Submit" if there are no problems.
4. A URL for the form to complete your user registration will be sent to the email address you registered. Please complete the registration process from the new user registration screen.
Once registration is complete, you will receive an email notifying you that your registration is complete.
