About Product registration / License issuance

Product registration and license issuance are done through “My Page”.
To access “My Page”, you need to have completed user registration. If you have not completed user registration, please refer to “How to register as a user” and complete it.

About Product Registration

Please register the product you have purchased or are currently using.

Once you have registered your product, you will be able to see the serial number, maintenance subscription status, maintenance / license expiration date, and the latest version of the software available for your product from the “List of your registered products” in "My Page".

Customers who are currently subscribed to maintenance can also obtain the latest software version from My Page.

＜Precautions for Product Registration＞

About License Issuance

For software products that require a license, a license file will be automatically issued when you register your product and will be sent to you as an attachment to the e-mail notifying you that your product registration is complete. Please use the license file when using the product.

Product Registration / License Issuance Procedure

Please select followings from “Product registration ” on "My Page"

 To register one product at a time: Product Registration / License Issuance
 To register multiple products(*) at once: Bulk product registration / Bulk license Issuance 

　* "Multiple products" refers to different products or multiple serials of the same product.

For Product registration / License issuance

Register one product at a time and issue a license file for each serial number.

1. Please enter the product model number of the product to be registered and proceed to the registration form
2. On the registration form, enter the serial number of the product to be registered and click “Confirm”
   For products with license issuance, you will also be asked to enter MAC address, check code, etc. For details on the MAC address to be entered, please refer here.
3. Please confirm the information entered and click “Submit” if the information is correct.
4. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your product registration is complete and that a license file has been issued. The license file is attached to the e-mail.

For Bulk product registration / Bulk license issuance

By using a CSV file to register multiple products in a batch, multiple licenses to be registered can be issued in a single license file.

1. Create a CSV file containing information on the products to be registered.
2. Select the created CSV file
3. Confirm that the file name you selected is correct on the confirmation screen and click “Submit”.
4. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your product registration is complete and that a license file has been issued. The license file is attached to the email.

Notice

Once a product is registered, it cannot be deleted by the user.

If you wish to delete a registered product or change the user of a registered product due to the disposal of the product or the transfer or retirement of the person in charge of the product, please contact the product support by using the contact form or e-mailing us at support-warrant@dts-insight.co.jp.
