This error occurs in higher-level applications using SWX610 or AZ491 functions under the following circumstances:
* Read data is not FF during blank check after erase.
* Verification error detected during read verification after programming (when VerifyMode is set to FULL Read).
* In standalone operation of the programmer unit, or manual operation of SWX600 or AZ490, the system will display the address and data (buffer memory and read flash values) where the blank check error or verification mismatch occurred, and then stop.
([Next]/[▲] displays the next mismatched address, [Cancel]/[RESET]) terminates the device function.)
[Cause and Solution]
* Communication data during writing is corrupted due to noise, etc.
→ If errors occur intermittently after repeated writing,
Check the waveform quality with an oscilloscope, and check for noise sources in the surrounding area and poor contact in wiring and connectors.
- The erase or program operation failed due to factors such as a device malfunction.
→ If an error consistently occurs when programming to a specific board, a microcontroller malfunction is suspected.
[Other]
Microcontrollers such as the FRX830 and FR830, which do not read data using BLANK or READ commands
and only receive the status of the check result from the microcontroller, will result in 1109 DEVICE ERROR 04 or
1109:DEVICE ERROR 02, and this 120 error will not occur.
