1. Meaning of the Error
This error occurs when the contents of the license file are incorrect, causing the license registration to fail.
2. Causes and Corrective Actions
・There is a mismatch between the serial number of the SD card or the programmer unit for which you are attempting to register a license and the serial number for which the license file is intended.
・Please ensure that you use the correct license file, which must correspond to the serial number of the SD card on which the definition-set license is to be registered. The latter part of the license filename indicates the serial number for which the license is intended; please use a file where this number matches the serial number of your SD card.
・Please ensure that you use the correct probe logic license file, which must correspond to the serial number of your programmer unit. The latter part of the license filename indicates the serial number for which the license is valid; please use a file where this number matches the serial number of your programmer unit.
・The contents of the license file are corrupted.
・If you are concerned that the file contents may be corrupted, please download and use the original file that was attached to the email in which the license file was delivered.
・The license file has already been copied onto the SD card.
・If a license file (with an .LCT or .LCP extension) already exists in the root directory of the SD card—as shown in the SWX600 "Folder / File List" window—please delete the file and then attempt the license registration again.
* The license file is issued (and sent via email) when you register your licensed product on the support website.
A "definition license" is linked to a specific SD card at the time of issuance.
When registering the product (issuing the license), you must specify the serial number of the SD card you intend to use.The issued license file cannot be used with any SD card other than the one with the specified serial number.
If you wish to use the software with multiple SD cards, you will need a corresponding number of definition file licenses—one for each SD card.
