When these errors occur, the following reasons are possible. Please check the connection environment.
(1) When the pin jig comes into contact with the board, or at the moment when the target power supply is turned on, the GNDs with potential differences are in contact with each other.
To prevent this, always connect the GND of the target power supply and the GND of the programmer.
(2) The Programmer is malfunctioning due to the influence of the potential difference of the ground(earth).
Before AFX100 Rev.H and PHX400 Rev.F, there is no ground(earth) terminal, so connect to the common ground(earth) on the programmer and the jig side by the following method.
1. Loosen the screw part of PHX400 and connect the ground wire using a Y-shaped terminal.
2. Use a shielded Ethernet cable (STP cable) and connect to the switching HUB.
(It is necessary to ground the switching HUB using a product that can be grounded (a type that uses a grounded 3P power cable).)
(3) It may be improved by updating the firmware of the programmer main unit to Ver17.25 or later.
