ICE Error No.f93: Define the buffer size for extended parameter 1.

[Cause]
This error is output when the buffer size is not written in the flash memory definition file (xxx.frd) although the flash programming monitor program requires buffer size.

[Workaround]
Refer to the following chapter in manual and define the buffer size in the flash memory definition file (xxx.frd).
