[Scope]

[Error message]
ICE Error No.f4e: Unidentified IDCODE is detected.
[Cause]
This error is output when IDCODE of DAP is not expected value in the middle of attaching a debugger to the user system.
This error occurs only Cortex core.
[Workaround]
- nSRST signal may be unstable.
Check nSRST signal.
- Implement (IDCODE of DP) of chip maker may not correct.
Contact the chip maker.
- ICE-I/F signal may not connect correctly.
Check the signal connection.
If you used Cortex-M series core,
choose [MPU] - [MPU-Specific Settings] - [Other], and change ”Connection detection JP” to check OFF.
- ”JTAG/SWD clock” frequncy may be too high.
Choose [MPU] - [MPU-Specific Settings] - [User System], and change ”JTAG/SWD clock” value to 1MHz.
[Caution]
In the case this error occurred, re-initialization of ICE and user system may require.
