ICE Error No.fa7: Memory address Pre/Post Process Error
[Cause]
This error is output when error occurs due to cache maintenance while accessing memory.
This error occurs only Cortex core.
[Workaround]
- Cache status may be abnormal.
Clean ICache and DCache by using cache maintenance operation.
Alternatively detach debugger from the user system by using detach button or reboot target.
- No device exists in the specified address.
Check the correct address specified.
- Unauthorized access may be done.
Check the access permission of the specified address.
- If you specify a variable as an address, the address indicated by the variable may
not be accessible.
Check the address of the variable.
- Downloaded object cannot be used with the user system.
Check the downloaded object.
- In rare cases, there are SoCs that cannot use the mode for memory access.
In the [CoreSight] tab of the [MPU] - [MPU-Specific settings] screen, Change ”AP to use” to ”APB-AP maintenance” or ”APB-AP (NoBlk)”.
