For ARM core, by the setting of debug control register, Monitor mode (jump to the user monitor program) or Halt mode (Break occurs) can be switched when the debug exceptions occur.
However, the target is in break if adviceLUNA is connected.
Therefore, it is in Halt mode with no choice.
Monitor mode is not available.
