[Workaround]
Set up only either one of the two triggers;

1) a trigger you can set up by choosing [MPU] - [ETM Enable/ETM Setup] from the menu bar of the microVIEW-PLUS.

2) a trigger you can set up by choosing [Measurement] - [Trace Setting].
